We work with individuals and dance companies/schools, on-location or in-studio. We use only professional cameras, lenses, and lighting.

Dance Companies/Schools... In Your Dance Studio
We bring photography studio equipment to your dance studio. We work with the studio owners to coordinate backgrounds, posing, image delivery, and fee-sharing arrangements.

Comstock Photography can conduct sessions with no sitting fees (no collection by dance studio, less activity during the day of the session) - Dancers access galleries and purchase directly from website (most preferred, most efficient method)

Individual Sessions at Dance Studios

Unlimited posing, unlimited wardrobe

Comstock Photography's primary photographer, Chris, is a Certified Professional Photographer (CPP), certified by the Professional Photographers of America (PPA). Chris found his way into dance photography several years ago when a fellow homeschooling parent asked him to photograph for a local studio, and has been enjoying photographing dancers ever since. He is experienced with timing image capture with dance moves, and truly enjoys the challenge and interaction with dancers! He will be attending the Pas de Deux Photo Conference in Chicago this coming July, and is trained on dancer safety as a prerequisite to the conference (with U.S. Center for SafeSport, Youth Protection Association for Dance, and other organizations).
Florida and local sales tax apply to all session fees (7% in Brevard County).
All features described above will be detailed in an agreement between Comstock Photography and the Client(s).
Travel and setup fees subject to additional cost to the client.
